For remote support incidents that take less than 15min each, we now offer our clients a retainer, which costs R210 per month (paid by EFT or debit order).

If you take this offer, we won't charge you for support sessions that are less than 15min. Normally the charge would be R210 ex VAT per incident. In addition, we will prioritise support incidents for clients on this retainer.
