Sage have released updates for their accounting and payroll software.

To check the version of your  product, go to Help, About. The latest versions of the products are:

Xpress & Partner: Version 19.3.5
Pastel Payroll: 2022 Update 2c
Sage VIP: Release 5.7a
Pervasive: Version 13

  • You can now generate UIF Declarations out of Year End companies
  • Accounting integration information is included in backups and a journal reference can be entered. A new report for Evolution Integration
  • 1 November (voting day) included as a public holiday
  • Add a directive for a lump sum during a year-end period
  • YTD value for tax total 4001  includes both employer & employee amounts
  • Electrical council updated for areas J&K and Security council provident fund percentage updated

Your annual licence fee includes upgrades to the latest versions. Although the software is free, we will charge for time to upgrade your version. There may be a minimal charge to upgrade the Pervasive version.
